Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail as our preferred method of shipping.

For larger orders this will vary on courier based on value of cart to help protect both "Buyer" and Simply Melted 

If for whatever reason you have any preference of courier please email us at contact@simplymelted.com and we will do our best if within reason to use said courier. If cost is more than our standard charge we will invoice the difference or use a courier of Simply Melted's choice at time of sending.
